COMMUNITIES SERVED

Strengthening Relationships Through Therapy & Connection

Every couple has a story—and every relationship deserves a chance to be nurtured. I offer a safe, structured space for partners to reconnect, communicate, and build the foundation they need to face life’s challenges together. My approach is especially attuned to BIPOC, queer, and neurodivergent couples.

LOVE AS A SANCTUARY

Therapy that Honours Your Relationship

With BIPOC communities, navigating extended family dynamics, cultural expectations, and shifting gender roles are often parts of the therapeutic process. These conversations aren’t always easy, but they are necessary—and with support, they can deepen your bond rather than divide it.

For queer couples, relationships often serve as safe havens against the rejection or misunderstanding found in society or family. This sanctuary is powerful, but it can also carry extra pressure to always be that safe sapce. Together, we’ll strengthen your relationship so it can hold both the joy and the weight of that role.

I also support couples navigating non-traditional structures—such as consensual non-monogamy or kink—without shame or judgment.

If one or both of you are neurodivergent, or managing depression or anxiety, we’ll integrate that reality into therapy with compassion and clarity.

My couples work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-backed approach that helps partners identify their negative cycles, express their underlying needs, and create a new pattern of closeness and trust.
